How much notice do you require for a custom cake?
Our custom designed cakes typically require a 2-week notice, however when you are in a crunch, we do our best to accommodate you.
Do you offer cake tastings?
We do! However due to COVID 19 restrictions we have changed the way we do business. You can opt for a face to face tasting however mask must be worn at all times unless you are actively eating. Our questionnaire must be completed before hand to guide the conversation and the person you meet with will be practicing social distancing. In addition, we will only allow 2 individuals at your tasting…you and the person of your choice. If face to face if not for you, please ask for a, “to go” tasting package. Once you have tested your package, we will schedule a Zoom call to review the details and to secure your nonrefundable retainer. Both options are $35, payable in advance. Both include 3 of our most desired wedding cake flavors, 2 filling and our award-winning buttercream.
Refund Policy
REFUND POLICY
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns/exchanges/refunds unless an unintended mistake was made by Cake Craft Co., i.e. (missing treats). In this case please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order. We will take great caution in packaging your items to reduce the risk of damage. Once the product leaves our possession we are not responsible for the handling by third parties or individuals.
If delivery information is given incorrect or incomplete, which results in a delay or non-delivery, the order will not be eligible for any refunds.
For nationwide shipment orders, we use third party shipping carriers (UPS & Fed Ex). Once a package ships, there are factors out of our control that may come up and cause a delay in delivery. In these cases we cannot offer a refund.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We bake every order from scratch, customized specifically for your unique requests (flavors, colors, designs, quantities, etc.). Therefore, once the product is made, we are generally unable to use it for any other purpose and cannot offer a cancellation or refund. In some circumstances, if your order is not already in production, we may be able to offer a refund or delay your order to a future delivery date. We will do our best to accommodate any changes. Please note that if your order is already in production, we are unable to accommodate your cancellation or offer a refund.
CUSTOM ORDER POLICY
For custom orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due when the order is placed. The remaining balance is due 1-2 weeks prior to the order due date, depending on the size of your order. A Customer Care team member will assist you with all billing-related matters.
